Since 1993 I have been coaching real estate agents full time.
I believe I have coached more agents one-on-one than any other person on this planet.
I am not a speaker. I am not a trainer. I am not a real estate agent.

Coaching is my PASSION. This is who I am. This is what I do each and every day. I love great performers. I love great performances. More than anything else, my days are spent striving to unlock the mysteries of success.

There is nothing more thrilling to me than helping people take the next step in their business.

My goal in working with a client is very simple…

To help YOU build a business that is more predictable, more dependable, and ultimately more productive and profitable.

I measure this goal by your ability to sell a home or more each week.

This is what we will be working on each and every week!!

My coaching style is very straightforward and direct.

I am not your babysitter.

I am not a cheerleader although I will support you in every way possible.

I am not your parent.

I am not your shrink.

When it comes to helping agents sell more homes there is no magic formula and there is no “one size fits all” strategy. Coaching is very personal. No two individuals are alike. What works for one person can be very different than what works for another.

My job is to figure out what you will do and what you won’t do and then build a plan of action that you CAN and WILL execute on a daily basis.

One thing is for certain…

I am going to push you and challenge you in every way possible.

We are going to play on the edge of what’s possible for you and we are going to find out just how far you can go in this business!!

My Background

I grew up outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I attended The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virgina. I graduated with a BS Degree in 1980. I then played four years in the NFL as a linebacker with the Miami Dolphins. I was one of the tri-captains in the 1982 Super Bowl. A knee injury ended my career in 1983. I then went to graduate school at The University of Miami and received my MBA. I worked on Wall Street as an institutional fixed income sales person for five years. From 1991 thru 1993 I sold residential real estate in the Fullerton, CA. area. In my first year with my partner we closed 53 transactions. In my second year we were on pace to sell 100 homes when I came up with the idea to create a coaching program which marked the beginning of my real estate coaching career in 1993. In 2007 I was one of founding partners of Teles Properties. I helped the company open four offices in Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Newport Beach and Pasadena before leaving in 2012. I am married. My wife Katerina and I have two daughters and we live in Brentwood, CA.
