You are not okay...
I have posted a new 4 Week Mindset Program (see above).
It is important to understand that you are not okay on the inside.
In fact you are probably a mess and lost and don't want to admit it.
No need to worry or panic.
WE ARE ALL IN THIS PLACE!!
And it is the perfect place to be.
You are not okay on the inside because you have experienced life in the past in a way that disturbed your inner world.
Whether it was the perception of a "bad" thing happening to you or a "bad" thing you did... negative energy was stored in your body in that moment that has never been fully dealt with or released.
This is why you get triggered at times by certain events or situations that are unfolding in your present day life.
This is what is running your life.
This stored negative energy is the source of your fears, attachments and false hopes.
This stored negative energy is also what leads you to form your personal preferences of what you like and don't like.
And fulfilling these personal preferences are your attempt at making yourself feel better.
You simply need the outside world to cooperate by doing its part by giving you exactly what you want and not giving you what you don't want.
A small ask... indeed.
Rather than dealing with the source of the problem... your inner world...
You decide to put your attention and consciousness on the outside world.
HINT: Not a great idea.
By continually focusing on the problem itself... you end up reinforcing the problem.
Whether it be lack of money or love or health or career or fun... etc.
You imagine if you can get enough money in the bank or find the person of your dreams or drop 30 extra pounds or land an amazing job or travel around the world... everything will be okay and you will be fixed!!
As a result you keep directing your energies and efforts externally as if this is the thing that will make a positive lasting change in your life.
AND THIS IS WHY YOU ARE NOT OKAY!!
The topic of goals is a great way to illustrate the points above:
You set goals thinking if you can achieve them... you are going to feel better on the inside. This idea excites and energizes you.
Let's look at the reality of what happens...
You set a goal and achieve it.
How long does the thrill of victory really last?
How long does it take until your happiness is conditional on achieving the next goal and the next goal and the next goal?
You know exactly what I am talking about.
Nothing really changes because you are not working on the source of the problem - your inner world.
And what happens when you don't achieve your goal?
You begin to think you must be doing something wrong and/ or something is wrong with you.
How does that make you feel on the inside?
Either way, whether you achieve your goals or not...
Most of the time you are worrying about not getting what you want or worrying about getting what you don't want.
PS You don't really want to achieve the goal you set. What you really want is the feeling you associate with reaching your goal!!
Here is the irony of all this...
What you really want...
The feeling...
Already exists inside of you right now.
You just don't know how to tap into it.
That is why I say you are a mess and lost.
Once you acknowledge this...
Everything can change.
You don't need to achieve anything to feel the way you really want to feel.
Inside of you there is a river of love, joy, and inner peace that is trying to flow up through you.
IT IS ALREADY THERE!!
However you have placed many rocks in this river with your fears, attachments, false hopes and personal preferences.
And these rocks are blocking the flow of positive energy that you can experience at any time!!
Doing more is not the answer.
All your actions to make the outside world conform to your preconceived notions of how the world needs to be...
POINTLESS!!
Now the big tease...
All of this can end right now.
You can feel great on the inside starting right now!!
The struggle...
The stress...
The suffering...
