Starting Monday, September 30th we begin our final 12-Week Rotation of Daily Accountability Calls for the year.

The Daily Accountability Call Program is our foundational group coaching program. We suggest this program to anyone who wants to start with Performance Coaching. So, I thought it would be useful this week to outline this program in more detail and put some context to it.

Our mission at Performance Coaching is to help you build a real estate business that’s sustainable, scalable, and stress-free.

We do that by teaching you to do three things: build a repeat and referral business, become a full fee agent, and enjoy the process no matter what.

This process begins with the Daily Accountability Call Program.

It’s designed to bookend your work day with 30-minute live Zoom calls that help you master the 6 Building Blocks of a sustainable, scalable, stress-free business:

  1. Mindset
  2. Time
  3. Relationships
  4. Process
  5. Communication
  6. Strategy

The morning call is dedicated to Business Development (Mon. - Fri., 8 - 8:30 AM PT). 

This is where you’ll hone your ability to manage your Time, Relationships, Process, and Strategy.

The afternoon/evening calls are for Role Play (Mon. - Thu., 2:30 - 3 PM PT and 5:30 - 6 PM PT). 

This is where you’ll begin to elevate your Communication skills using Tactical Empathy: the art of influencing others by making them feel understood. 

Plus, there is an additional weekly call dedicated solely to Mindset (Tue. 6 - 6:30 AM PT). 

This is where you’ll learn how to live in harmony and peace, no matter what’s going on around you.

You can participate live on any of these calls, or watch the recordings later in our online portal.

In addition to myself, we have a roster of top coaches leading the calls each week. 

These are people I have worked with for many, many years. Each coach leads a call because they have a specific expertise and talent in that area.

The bottom line is…

We are here to support you in every way possible.

We know your challenges. We know the landscape of the business. We know what works best based on market conditions and circumstances. And we know how to communicate this information.
