What's your story?

I’m a third-generation real estate professional—after studying marketing in college, I dove straight into the business and never looked back. I spent the first ten years working alongside my family and getting deeply involved with industry associations. I served as a leader of the National Association of Realtors, the Chicago Association of Realtors, and the Women’s Council of Realtors, and I was even named one of the Forbes 30 Under 30 in real estate. 

But after trying a bunch of different roles at different companies, I started to get bored. I wanted to inject my passions into my business—things like interior design, nature, and women-owned companies. Bit by bit, I built my brand as a real estate broker around my whole self...and people started to take note. It all came together when a family trip to Greece (with its gorgeous olive trees) inspired my brand name: Olive Well - Where all live well.

I’ve now built a team of 13 agents, helping them grow using the same branding and marketing strategy that has been so effective for me. It transforms the stress and chaos of marketing into authenticity, simplicity, and fun. That kind of marketing actually makes people want to connect with you, which helps you nurture the relationships that are the lifeblood of your business.

What's the focus of your coaching?

Strategic branding and marketing. I’ll teach you how to craft a brand that’s unique and authentic, then use it to communicate in ways that genuinely build relationships. It’s not about just throwing things out there and hoping they stick. It’s about intentionally making connections with your ideal clients and helping them get to know, like, and trust you before they even meet you.

Which of the 6 Building Blocks is your favorite?

CRM for sure. Staying in touch with your network is the absolute number one thing you need to do as an agent. It's the key to getting repeat and referral business from people who know, like, and trust you. Once you've built a solid network, there's no way you can stay organized and on top of your game without consistently working your CRM.

What are some books you recommend?

Outside of Steve Shull's books (of course), I would recommend Influence, New and Expanded: The Psychology of Persuasion by Robert B Cialdini. It hits a lot of the key points I teach people about how to create associations and influence.

How do you like to spend your free time?

Reading, making cocktails, playing with my dog and baby, going for walks to the beach, and planning my next vacation!
