What to Expect

Tactical Empathy and Mindset are the fundamental principles of my coaching. The mastery of these two building blocks will be our focus and inform our work on all aspects of your business.

We'll start from where you are today. Our conversations will focus on the challenges you're facing in your business in real time, and I'll coach you on how to get through them in a way that decreases your stress and elevates you as a professional. Together we'll determine the best strategies for you to move from a life of fear, scarcity, and self-doubt to one of abundance, confidence, and respectful relationships.

Our conversations are more likely to focus on meditation than marketing. The point is to enjoy your work and feel valued by your clients!

Format & Cost

$1,760 per month for one 30-minute Zoom or phone call at a fixed time each week.

There is no contract. I only want to coach you as long as you feel you are getting value out of the process. Ideally, you would look at this as a minimum 12 to 18-month commitment.

What's your story?

After a long and fruitful career in the arts as both a performer and Broadway producer, I shifted my focus to the world of business, establishing my real estate practice in Manhattan in 2014.

While I experienced immediate success, ranking nationally as a top producer in my first 2 years, the stress and conflict which seemed like an inevitable aspect of the work was clearly unsustainable. Then I was introduced to Steve Shull and Tactical Empathy. 

Tactical Empathy became my passion, and the key to building business relationships as authentic and trust-based as those I had always known in the art world. I discovered the art of my business: working less and earning more through stress-free processes and deeply respectful client relationships. 

As I worked toward mastery of Tactical Empathy over these past years, Steve suggested—then insisted—that I begin coaching. After leading my first coaching calls and hearing the feedback that my words were helping others, I was hooked. If I can help other agents achieve the productive and peaceful professional life that I have, I’m all in.

It has become the bedrock upon which my business is now built, and the guiding star for all of my systems, processes ,and standards.   • Training in English Horse Riding (I have no natural ability, so it's an epic, humbling, challenging adventure to improve)
  • Exploring the cobblestone streets, little shops and cafes in the older sections of cities—my own Manhattan and others around the globe—with my husband (Mr. Fun) and daughter (my hero)
  • Drinking coffee, eating chocolate and reading a book in a very comfy chair (I know, I sound really boring)
