What's the schedule?

The program starts on Thursday, April 10th and meets every Thursday from 1 - 2:30 PM ET for 10 weeks. Here's what we'll cover. (Please note that topics may move around as the program progresses.)

Office hours will be Fridays at 10:30 AM ET on the following dates: April 11, April 25, May 9, May 16, June 6.

Who teaches this class?

This program is led by Laurie Gilmore, our resident Tactical Empathy expert. She's also a top Manhattan real estate broker who has built a full fee business entirely composed of repeat and referral clients. 

After a long and fruitful career in the arts as both a performer and Broadway producer, she established her real estate practice in Manhattan in 2014. While she experienced immediate success, ranking nationally as a top producer in her first 2 years, the seemingly inevitable stress and conflict was clearly unsustainable. Then she was introduced to Steve Shull and Tactical Empathy. 

Tactical Empathy became her passion—and the key to building business relationships as authentic and trust-based as those she had known in the art world. She discovered the art of her business: working less and earning more through stress-free processes and deeply respectful client relationships.
