What's a Role Play Group?

It’s a small group, led by an expert coach, that meets regularly to practice the hard conversations real estate agents have in real life every day.

We focus on honing your ability to use Tactical Empathy in these conversations, so you can cultivate trusting relationships with your clients. 

Why? Because trust is the key to getting what you really want: a strong repeat and referral business.

Wait, what's Tactical Empathy?

Tactical Empathy is the art and science of influencing people by making them feel understood. It’s one of the 6 Building Blocks we teach at Performance Coaching, and it will TRANSFORM the way you think about and communicate with your clients.   • 30 minutes 4x a week
  • 8:30 - 9:00 AM PT / 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM ET every Monday through Thursday
  • $2,400 for 12 weeks
  • Enroll at any time

This group is for you if you want to practice daily to make progress as fast as possible.

  • 60 minutes 1x a week
  • Two time slots available (you will select the group at the time of sign up) 9:30 AM PST - 10:30 AM PST or 10:30 AM PST - 11:30 AM PST.
  • $1,200 for 12 weeks
