What's your story?
I got into real estate at the tender age of 21. I had no idea what I was doing at first, but I soon learned about door-knocking, and it's been the foundation of my business for four decades. Every day, I walk around Woodland Hills, CA, knock on doors, and talk to people...and the rest flows from there. Steve likes to tease me that I'm laziest agent in the USA.
It wasn't always easy, though. Because I was well-known in my area, I would get called for due diligence all the time. No matter how much I honed my listing presentation, my hit rate stayed flat...until Steve introduced me to Tactical Empathy.
That changed everything—I put that listing presentation in a drawer and never took it out again. I listened better, built trust faster, and wasted WAY less time on people who were never going to hire me. Plus I had more fun and less stress. That's what I want for you, and I'll help you learn the skills to get it.
What's the focus of your coaching?
As a coach, I focus on the two keys that have made the biggest difference for me: Tactical Empathy and consistency. Tactical Empathy will transform the way you relate to your clients and have ripple effects throughout your business: more trust, a better client experience, and higher repeat and referral rates. But even that gets you nowhere without consistency in all your efforts; that's what makes your work compound over time and grow into an asset you can rely on.
