What to Expect
My job as your coach is to position you to succeed at the highest level possible and keep you moving forward at all times. This does not happen by accident—it happens with consistent, deliberate effort.
There is no one-size-fits-all formula. I’ll look closely at your goals, skills, market, and resources to come up with the right strategy for you.
Then, I’ll hold you accountable for executing it. Each week the focus is very simple…do what is most important and stop doing the things that hold you back.

Format & Cost
One 30-minute Zoom or phone call at a fixed time each week
$2,500 per month OR $15,000 $12,000 for 6 months (save 20%)
There is no contract. I only want to coach you as long as you feel you are getting value out of the process. Ideally, you would look at this as a minimum 12 to 18-month commitment.
Many of my coaching clients have been with me for 10+ years because they continue to learn and grow.
If you pay in advance and want to end our coaching relationship, fees are prorated at $2500 per month and any monies owed will be refunded.

What's your story?
I'm a former linebacker for the Miami Dolphins, where I played under legendary coach Don Shula and was one of the tri-captains in the 1982 Super Bowl. When an injury forced me to change my game—literally—I pivoted into finance, then real estate, and found my calling when I started coaching other agents. After three decades and over 60,000 hours of one-on-one coaching, I know more about real estate agents than anybody in the world. That insight has led to a unique approach that takes the fear and the fight out of real estate, allowing agents to build stronger businesses while actually enjoying their lives.
I grew up outside of Philadelphia and earned my bachelor’s degree from The College of William and Mary and his MBA from The University of Miami. In 2007, I was one of the founding partners of Teles Properties, where I helped the company open four offices in Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Newport Beach, and Pasadena before leaving in 2012. I have two daughters with my wife, Katerina, and we live in Brentwood, CA.
What's the focus of your coaching?
I coach on all 6 Building Blocks, with an especially strong emphasis on Mindset. Without the right mindset, nothing else works. My mission is to get you to a place where you're approaching every situation with curiosity and confidence instead of hope and fear. From there, everything else is solvable.
Who would be a great fit for your coaching?
I typically work with agents who have been in the business for a while and are ready to expand or plan for their eventual exit. They've often had great success, but they've hit a plateau, or they're burning out, or they're unsure what their next step should be.
Which of the 6 Building Blocks is your favorite?
Mindset! Your mindset affects absolutely everything you do, in business and in life. This is the real work. Most people avoid it, but when you start to pay attention to it, it makes all the difference in the world.
