What's your story?
While working together at a traditional brokerage, my co-founders and I noticed a major problem in real estate: ineffective agent marketing and advertising. So in 2020, we created Upgrade, an agency that offers agents the marketing abilities that major advertising agencies and tech companies offer. Together, we have over 55 years of combined experience in marketing leadership positions at tech, real estate, and advertising companies like Compass, Sotheby's, Facebook, Pinterest, and TBWA Worldwide.
